Reflections on Faith and Everyday Life

If you are Roman Catholic like me, the Eucharist, is the source and summit of our faith life. Many of us are familiar with this teaching but few connect to the fact that that means that everything that happens in our life, whether within or outside the Church, both the building and the assembly, are matters of religious experience. In short, our "secular" life experiences are really just religious experiences that we have not really processed.

Hence, the invitation is to always recognize the dwelling of the presence of the Sacred, in the moment and out of the moment. Reflective and contemplative spiritual exercises that lead to stories that can help others encounter God in the ordinary. Thus, do consider connecting with me to walk together on to journey of sharing sacred stories.
